Principal- Secretary, Planning, Jammu and kashmir, Rohit Kansal on Tuesday lambasted fake news spreaders ,claiming that some miscreants impersonating his identity on Twitter are spreading fake information on the restoration of 4g services in the valley.
He, clarified all this on his official twitter handle and promised strict punishment against the fake rumour mongers.
