Kashmir's Another Challenge- The Coronavirus and How To Deal With It

India went to an unexpected nationwide lockdown on 25th March, 2020 after the administration was alerted by the Coronavirus threat with an increasing number of cases and its spread in the country. As the students in Kashmir had lately got out of an almost 7-month-old virtual vacation, the 21-day lockdown got them back to old 'stay at home' things.

In order for Kashmiris particularly students, it's necessary to make the lockdown days more fruitful instead of passing them in invariant, unhealthy and repetitive things. Our each day must be divided into various intervals, each specifying a different task. As they say, the best thing to pass a day is to do different things. We must utilize the days of lockdown to bring a positive change in us rather than making them cause more devastation to our bad habits.

There's time and that's the big factor we should take advantage of during these days to make our lives steer into a positive life and shedding up of a life that adds up to our bad side. Our day must start with the dawn prayers and there's no other alternative to it when it comes to starting a day on a positive and refreshing note. We mustn't adhere to this habit not only during the prolonged holidays but also to make it a lifetime habit. After offering the prayers, there should be a proper breakfast followed up by a mild home exercise.

The pre noon time must mostly be spent in studying as the mind is more relaxed and fresh during that period. The afternoons should be worked out into things like naps, social chatting and entertaining TV programs. The evenings should contain things like exercise, path walks etc so that we stay fresh every time during an otherwise tasteless day.

The last part of the day i. e the post evening part must be utilized very intelligently as most of us misuse it by staying late at night and stressing up their health. The nights should begin with an early sleep so that the next day is followed up as mentioned above. There are many more other things that one can adhere to, to make these empty days turn into more cheerful and interesting days.
