COVID 19: One more Tests Positive in Bandipora Kashmir, toll 110 Srinagar, April 07 One more person on Tuesday tested positive for COVID 19 in north Kashmir’s Bandipora.
Officials sources told Kashmir Despatch another person from Hajjin village of Bandipora District tested positive with this toll in the district reaches to 19 while tally across Jammu and Kashmir cross the figure of 110.
Pertinently, According to the daily Media Bulletin on Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), out of 109 positive cases, 103 are Active Positive, 04 have recovered and 02 have died. Regarding their location, 85 cases are from Kashmir and 18 from the Jammu division.

Furthermore, till date, 35243 travellers and persons in contact with suspected cases have been put under surveillance which includes 10556 persons in-home quarantine including facilities operated by government, 615 in Hospital Quarantine, 103 in hospital isolation and 17506 under home surveillance. Besides, 6463 persons have completed their 28-day surveillance period.
The Bulletin said that till date 1708 samples have been sent for testing of which 1583 have tested as negative, and 16 reports are awaited till April 06, 2020.
