After Ending 14-Day Quarantine with no Signs of the Disease

Dear friends/especially doctors. after ending 14-day quarantine with no signs of the disease, Mr ABC his name kept hidden on his request, contacted #VAADI #ONLINE #CORRESPONDENT, he thought he could get on with his life. Instead, people refuse to come near him and his family members, cover their faces due to unfounded fears that he or his family members are coronavirus carrier hence being shunned shamed by the society. How many times can he tell people that he is not sick? Being ousted by neighbours alienated by friends, ostracized by elders. They are not the walking dead!

He had got no official guidance of quarantine still did so out of a sense of responsibility to my community. This did not stop my neighbours calling police over concern he would spread coronavirus. People were already panicked and they made this rumour and spread it (some of the elderly people kept on discussing it over masjid hammam in the locality). People are just showing absolute exaggerated discrimination. The roots of coronavirus discrimination appear to lie in people's instinctual, "visceral disgust" of infectious diseases, rather than scientific fact or racial prejudice. When he will come from his home people will recognize him. Will they lead the same life they used to be, will they be allowed to sit in the friend circle, society and in functions. How they will be treated what will be their aftermath.
I hope people won't think he is latently carrying the virus.
Ignorance is driving the prejudice: Don't punish the people who are doing the right thing.

What can respected doctors say about this?
